Athletes of the Week

Jack Fitzpatrick (Vth form/Var. Baseball)-- Jack had a strong outing on the mound against Thayer Academy as he led the team to its first win of the season. He pitched 5 innings, giving up 2 unearned runs while striking out 4 and walking only 2. He moves to 1-0 on the season.

Paul Michaud (IIrd form/JV Baseball)---Paul Michaud had an excellent start to the season for JV Baseball, contributing in all facets of the game. He started hot at the plate, going 4-5 with 3 RBI, and has played stellar defense both in the outfield and at shortstop. He also threw three quality innings to help keep the game against Exeter close in the middle innings. He has shown his willingness and ability to contribute in any way his coaches ask.

Annie McCreery (VIth form/ Var. Girls' Tennis)-- Co-Captain Annie McCreery is a focused, determined competitor who has not lost one set of singles this season and also has a winning record in doubles. Annie’s dedication to the team and reliably strong performances in matches have been key factors in our 4 - 1 start.

Peter Zhang & Land Tantichot ( IVth & IInd form/ JV Boys' Tennis)-- Peter Zhang and Land Tantichot came from 0-4 down in the second set in their number one doubles match against Rox Latin to win the set in a tiebreaker (10-8). The point from this set, which was the last one played in the match, ensured the first victory for jv tennis against Roxbury Latin in recent history.
