Board of Trustees
Groton School’s Board of Trustees comprises a dedicated group of alumni, current and past parents, and friends who have volunteered to serve the school. The trustees oversee the school’s management of its financial and physical assets, provide thought leadership, and help to guide the strategic direction of the school. They are elected to four-year terms and may be re-elected to two subsequent four-year terms. The headmaster is appointed by the trustees and is a member of the board during the length of his tenure.
