    11:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. RegistrationChapel Tent
    Families pick up registration packets, schedules, and nametags and have an opportunity to meet fellow parents. Refreshments available all day.
     
    1:00–5:00 p.m. Parent/Teacher ConferencesVarious locations
    Parents meet with teachers in ten-minute intervals, as scheduled. Please see your specific schedule for details, times, and exact locations.

    11:00 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Grab-and-Go Lunch—Pick Up in Dining Hall Lobby/Dine Outdoors

    11:30 a.m.–1:15 p.m. International Parent LuncheonHeadmaster’s House Tent
    For international families, their host families, and faculty

    4:00–5:00 p.m. Introduction to Groton Counseling—Dome Tent
    Learn how Groton’s Counseling and Psychological Services foster students’ psychological, social, and emotional well-being, with Director of Counseling and Psychological Services Dr. Sheila Fritz-Ellis. 

    5:00–5:30 p.m. Hindu Service—Gardner Room, Schoolhouse

    5:00–5:30 p.m.
    Jewish Shabbat ServiceMemorial Room, Hundred House

    5:00–5:30 p.m. Muslim Service—Room 140, Schoolhouse 

    5:00–7:30 p.m. Grab-and-Go Dinner—Pick Up in Dining Hall Lobby/Dine Outdoors

    5:00–6:30 p.m. Sixth Form Family Reception—Athletic Center Terrace
    For Sixth Formers and their families. Communication Prefects will present a short video at 5:45 p.m.

    5:30–6:00 p.m. Introduction to College Counseling—Hundred House Reading Room
    An optional meeting for parents of Third Form students that will introduce the college counseling process, with Director of College Counseling Megan Harlan and CCO faculty and staff. 

    5:30–6:30 p.m. Second Form Parents Reception—Dome Tent
    Enjoy the company of fellow parents and wind down after the day. This reception is for adults only, as alcohol will be served.

    6:00–6:30 p.m. Introduction to College Counseling—Hundred House Reading Room
    An optional meeting for parents of Fourth Form students that will introduce the college counseling process, with Director of College Counseling Megan Harlan and CCO faculty and staff.

    7:00–9:00 a.m. Grab-and-Go Breakfast—Pick Up in Dining Hall Lobby/Dine Outdoors

    7:30–11:30 a.m. Registration—Chapel Tent
    Families pick up registration packets, schedules, and nametags and have an opportunity to meet fellow parents. Refreshments available all day.

    8:00–9:30 a.m. Parent Fund Volunteer Meeting—Dome Tent
    For Parent Fund volunteers and parents interested in learning more about Groton School and the Parent Fund

    8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Parent/Teacher Conferences—Various locations
