Thrilling Team Win for Junior Zeebs

Groton spotted the visiting Thayer Tigers a 3-0 lead, but shut them down beginning in the second quarter and chipped away before tying the game in the final quarter and scoring the game winner with only a couple of minutes remaining. All players made pivotal contributions, none more than varsity loaner Henry Foster in goal. Making save after incredible save, he frustrated the Tigers repeatedly from point blank range. The Zebras looked much better on offense as the game progressed as both Thayer goalies played strong games, too. Alex Foley was strong at both ends of the field and on face-offs and Sahovan Modi continued his strong play at LSM.
