Groton Beats BB&N
The Zebras picked up an important ISL win over BB&N School by a score of 3-1. After a scoreless first, Tina Scalese '26 and Keira Ley '24 both picked up power-play goals to take a 2-1 lead into the second intermission. After a back and forth third, Sydney Nelson '26 buried the empty netter to seal the win for Groton. Senior goalie, Veronika Hadamovsky, kicked out 18 saves in the win and her 5th victory of the early season.
The team has the week to prepare for another big ISL matchup against Milton on Saturday afternoon in the OB. Puck drops at 2:30pm. Go Groton!
