Bumpy Opener

The Groton players have been practicing extremely well and they show promise for great improvement but the wide range of experience levels on our team was evident in today's match. Captain Evan Khym and Kevin Cai scored decisive wins and Jamie Abramson pulled out a hard-earned victory but on other courts, the opponents were simply more consistent. We've got lots of work to do but plenty of time in which to do it.
