A Win to Close Out September

It was a busy fall weekend on campus with an Open House and many home games. However, Groton stayed focused and came out strong against a talented Brooks squad. Groton took the lead early in the first quarter. The two teams then battled it out in the second quarter and ended the first half tied 2-2. Undeterred, the Zebras scored again to go up 3-2 in the third quarter. The team continued to play strong field hockey and capitalized on a stroke in the fourth quarter to finish the game 4-2.
