Andover Too Much for Groton in Season Opener
Andover scored a goal 16 minutes into the second half to earn the victory over Groton on Wednesday. The goal came after a period of sustained pressure and despite some excellent goalkeeping.
As a group, the Zebras put forth a tremendous competitive effort in defeat. Goalkeepers Rose Shingles and Morgan Fillion deserve particular recognition for their play.
