Crisp victory on Alumni Weekend

On a picture-picture Alumni Day, the Groton Boys Tennis Team played some beautiful tennis, defeating St. George's by a score of 6-1. The doubles point fell quickly to Groton as Gabe Scholl / Powers Trigg and Ben Jones / Jared Gura won decisively. Singles was another area of success as Scholl, Trigg, Gura, Jones and Noah Bay all notched victories for the home team. A wonderful group of alumni were back cheering for the Zebras. Señor Conner commented: "There is no doubt that the model set by earlier generations of Groton tennis players has paved the path to the team's continued success."
