Zebras Drop Season Opener

JV Lacrosse began its season at home against traditional power Governor's Academy.  Things looked a bit bleak early when Gov's won the opening face and scored in the first thirty seconds.  The team bounced back to pull as close as 4-3 midway through the second quarter and played hard to the final horn, falling 12-8.  Highlights were strong goaltending by Lucas Gordon '23 and strong settled defense, especially by Luke Romano '23.  On the other end of the field, Jack Ehrgott tallied a double hattie, accounting for 75% of the team's offensive output.
