Well Earned Victory

In the last round of today's tri-match, Groton took to the courts against a team of dedicated players from McCallie School of Chattanooga, TN. At the top of the ladder, Evan Khym lost to a stronger player but competed at a terrific level in the process. The team match could easily have ended in a 3-4 loss but for the perseverence of Will Vrattos and Jack Lionette, both of whom re-grouped again and again on the way to identical fifth-game scores of 11-9.
