Athletes of the Week:
Christina Oelhafen/ IIIrd Form/ Girls’ JV Basketball
Christina had a dominant game against Brooks, nearly outscoring their entire team, with 18 points as part of a 38-19 victory. Christina mixed a very efficient jump shot with a number of fast break baskets, set up by her and her teammates’ stifling pressure defense. During our game against St. George's, Christina was the top scorer, contributing nine points in our 21-18 victory. Her enthusiastic leadership, in addition to her tenacious and scrappy approach to the game, makes Christina a vital contributor to our team.

Rami Hahami/ IInd Form/ Boys' JV Basketball
Rami had an all-around complete game in the team’s 65-34 victory over St. George’s on Saturday, a game highlighted by strong teamwork and elevated performances by all the players on the team. Rami led the way, scoring 29 points (including 3 three-pointers), going 6-6 on his free throws, playing solid pressure and zone defense, and coming up with 6 steals. He kept his head in the game and worked well with his teammates. Congratulations Rami!
