Groton vs. Milton Academy, Lawrence Academy, St. George's and St. Paul's
Groton track competed in a 5 team meet at Milton Academy on Saturday.
In the boys meet Groton was 5th with 19 points. Scoring for Groton were:
Noah Aaron 1st place in the high jump and 5th place in the 200 meter dash.
Nick Karns 4th place in the javelin.
Tyler Brooks 3rd place in the triple jump.
The boys 4 x 100 team (Noah, Tyler, Mike Aduboffour, Paul Lopez) finished 4th in a time of 47.8 seconds.
In the girls meet, Groton finished 3rd with 31 points. Groton scorers were:
Montanna Riggs 1st in the long jump
Angelika Hillios 4th in the javelin
Cho Nikoi 5th in the high jump
ZiZi Kendal 1st in the pole vault
Coco Wallace 5th in the javelin
The girls 4 x 100 team (Montanna, Cho, Coco, Evie Gomila) finished 3rd in a time of 55. 5 seconds.
The team travels to Thayer Academy on Wednesday.
