Groton 14, Lawrence Academy 6

It wasn't the prettiest game of football ever played in Middlesex County, but the feisty Zebra JVs played strong defense and staged a couple of successful drives to defeat Lawrence on their own field. Mike Somerby rushed for both of Groton's touchdowns. Cerel Munoz ran the ball extremely well throughout the game. James Forse and Austin Stern showed real toughness and determination on defense.
