Groton Girls Fight For A Win!
The final score does not do it justice, this was a battle! Groton took two points in doubles, and nearly had the third. Singles matches were tightly contested, with three matches going to decisive third set tie-breakers. The girls showed their heart, and swept all six singles matches. Alicia Guo saved multiple match points en route to the win.
Groton Alums, Josh Guo '20 and Annabel Lee '21, came to cheer on their younger siblings. Their spirit helped lead the team to victory. Up next is a very strong Rivers team, Friday afternoon.
