Groton's Director of Enrollment Management and the director of GRACE (GRoton Accelerate Challenge Enrich), a month-long, residential summer program for the school's rising (Fourth Formers) sophomores. Along with these leadership responsibilities, he is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, an Upper School dorm affiliate, a faculty advisor, and head coach of boys junior varsity tennis and ice hockey. Cort is also the founder and commissioner of the Groton School Evening Softball league (GESL), a coed, intramural league that takes place each spring. He lives on the edge of the Groton campus, in a house that abuts conservation land, with his wife and three children. The setting reminds him of his favorite state, Vermont, where he spends a good deal of time when he is not working. His primary interest these days is watching his kids play sports, and he also enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and playing golf.
