CORT POMEROY

Director of Enrollment Management
978-448-7516
Cort Pomeroy arrived at Groton in 2001, having previously served as director of admission at Applewild School in Fitchburg, MA. Along with his responsibilities as director of enrollment management in Groton’s Admission Office, he is a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Committee, serves as an Upper School dorm affiliate and faculty advisor, and coaches boys junior varsity tennis. Cort is also the founder and commissioner of the Groton School Evening Softball league, the faculty liaison for the Host Family and Groton Mentorship programs, and the activities director for the GRACE summer program. Cort lives on the edge of the Groton campus, in a house that abuts conservation land, with his wife and three children. The setting reminds him of his favorite state, Vermont, where he spends a good deal of time when he is not working. His primary interest these days is watching his kids play sports, and he also enjoys reading, hiking, skiing, and playing golf.
