Groton Township Secured
The Groton girls made the long journey down the road to Lawrence Academy on a beautiful, albeit slightly windy, day.
It was a dominant performance across the board, as the team continues to tally wins to start the year. Doubles and singles matches all went Groton's way.
Lawrence Academy brought a younger squad than in previous years and had some strong hitters that will help grow the program. We look forward to next year's battle for Groton Township.
Next up is Thayer at home. They come to town as the two-time defending league sportsmanship winners.
