As fellow captains and collegiate teammates, Coaches Low and Hefler have reunited to bring the Groton School lacrosse program nearly fifty combined years of coaching experience. They strive to instill the elements that lead to success: commitment, enthusiasm, team unity, and work ethic. An annual spring trip to Florida enables the team to bond as a unit and physically prepare for the upcoming season.
