Groton's baseball team strives to build a culture of respect, transparency, and honesty.  We believe in staying positive and mentally tough, always holding ourselves accountable for our actions.  Our team is a family, bonded together through trust and a commitment to continuous learning.  We value leadership at all levels and encourage every player to step up and lead when the situation calls for it.  At the same time, we believe in keeping things loose and comfortable, fostering a calm and upbeat environment where everyone can enjoy the game while fully developing their talents as baseball players.
