Groton Opens With A Win

Groton traveled north on Wednesday afternoon to NYA to open up the 18-19 season and came out with a solid win, 3-1. Drew Burke '19 led the way with 2 goals, while Jonah Gold '19 picked up the other. Both goalies, Tristan Mecenas '21 and Kevin Clark '20, split the game and played well in net. The Zebras now look ahead to Saturday's home opener against Deerfield. Puck drops at 6pm.
