Groton Falls to Pomfret

Pomfret earned a decisive 3-0 victory over Groton. While the Zebras competed and held their own in many ways, some defensive errors allowed the Griffins to come away with a victory. Pomfret scored its first goal midway through the first half, and then added a second very early in the second half. The third goal came lat in the match after some miscommunication in the penalty area. Groton (1-3) travels to Brooks on Saturday.
