Amelia Lee/ IInd Form/ Girls' JV/3rds squash
Amelia had a wonderful week in JV/IIIrds squash. This past week she won her match 3-0 against Brooks, fought valiantly versus the number one from Lawrence Academy and was one of two players to win a game against a talented squad the SquashBusters Lawrence. This is Amelia's first year playing squash and already she is knocking on the door of JV. Her athleticism came through this week as she chased down every ball to engage each of her opponents in long rallies, most of which she won. Amelia's never-say-die attitude was particularly evident as she racked up points against an experienced SquashBusters player on Saturday afternoon. She is a tremendous asset to the squash program and is a deserving recipient of the AOW.
