On a blustery spring day, Groton and Lawrence went toe to toe in a back and forth battle, with Groton emerging victoriously in the end, 7-6.
IVth former Russell Thorndike quarterbacked the offense, while Vth former Teddy Carlin controlled the faceoff X quite well, with his trusty wingmen (Brent Gorton/VIth, Ronan Doherty/IVth, Henry Hodde/Vth) helping control the middle third.
