Groton Edged out by Cardigan Mountain

Kellen O'Donnell pitched well for five innings, and Liam Stuart closed admirably as both teams started to warm up the bats in the 6th and 7th..  Great outfield play by Walker Davey and strong efforts from Ziggy Bereday, Gabe Lamothe, Danial Meehan, and Spencer Miller were highlights of a close, competitive contest in which Groton acquitted themselves well.
