JVGT Keeps Rolling

Despite losing our No. 1 player to inury for this match, Groton JVGT dealt St. Pauls a 8 - 4 defeat in a tough contest. Cornelia Potter, playing at 2nd Singles, had an incredible match against a strong opponent that involved long rallies and perfectly placed shots. While her opponent was skilled, Cornelia came out on top in both sets. At 3rd Singles, Emily Li easily overcame her opponent, winning both sets. Grace Mastroianni and Caroline Wilcox are becoming a dominant doubles pair. Through the first two matches, their total game score is 24-5. JVGT looks to extend their win streak to 3 on Monday when we host LA.
