Puck nets fortuitous win in Jeckyll and Hyde contest

Despite playing some of their most lackluster hockey for the first two periods, Puck stormed back in the final period to capture a win that was more likely earned by our hosts on the afternoon. Whether it was the pending longweekend or the prior victory over Middlesex the entire squad, save for the goalies fortunately, were nowhere to be found for two-thirds of the game. If not for the standout work in net to keep the game close, this one should have been over early. The low point was giving up a goal while on a 4 minute power play. The only high point was Jack Ehrgotts goal on the same powerplay which cut the deficit to 3-1 after two.
Kudos to Co-Captains Brent Gorton and Seamus McAvoy for whatever was spoken between periods as an entirely different team appeared to start the final period. Goals by Russell Thorndike and Seamus tied the game, Jack's second on the day gave us the lead and Connor sealed it into an empty net.
The Pucksters left town knowing they had stolen one, mainly by Tyke Pelleden(Tyler Bowden & Mike Pelletier) Puck's two headed goalie
