Groton Ties Brooks
It was a hard fought battle on Wednesday afternoon as Groton tied Brooks 1-1 in the OB. After two scoreless periods, Dani Shyjan '25 found the back of the net with 12 minutes left in the 3rd. Unfortunately, Brooks kept going and buried an opportunity with under 4 minutes in the 3rd. It remained 1-1 through regulation and in overtime.
Veronika Hadamovsky '24 played superb in net - kicking out 30 saves in the tie. The girls are back to work this afternoon as they prep for a good St. George's team. Puck drops at 3:30pm on Saturday in the OB!
