Solid 2-0 Win Over Rivers

Groton went up 1-0 on the second shift of the game with a goal from Tina Scalese '26 - assist from Maddie Cronan '25. The Zebras picked up their second goal on the power-play late in the first from a shot coming off the stick of Keira Ley '24 - assists from Scalese and Cronan. It was a battle back and forth throughout the final two frames, but Fifth Former, Veronika Hadamovksy, played solid in net. She kicked out 19 saves in the win, earning her 6th shutout of the season. 

The girls faceoff against another ISL opponent tomorrow, as they host Middlesex at 2:45pm.
