Strong Showing

The final score notwithstanding, this was a very good showing for the Groton team, which played high-level squash and competed well against a Milton team that is having an especially strong season. Despite being completely out-gunned on paper, the Groton players showed great determination and, on some courts, controlled their share of the play. Ronin Kaplan and Will Vrattos each took a game and Tyler Weisberg took two. Even on the other courts, Milton was winning a good number of points and games by narrow margins. Groton was not going to win this match, but it still made for an excellent day for the team.
