Rivals Tie

The torrential rain stopped just in time for rivalry weekend here at Groton. St. Mark's got on the leader board first with with a quick goal on a fast break. They then netted a second goal on a stroke to take a 2-0 lead. Shortly thereafter, momentum swung in Groton's direction. The Zebras scored one goal before halftime, making the score 2-1. About halfway through the fourth quarter, Groton scored again making it 2-2. Despite some incredible opportunities in overtime, St. Mark's held strong and the two teams tied.
