Margaret Phillips

Margaret Phillips, bassoon, earned the Bachelor of Music degree at University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and the Master of Music from Boston University. An active performer as bassoonist and contrabassoonist, Margaret is a member of the Boston Philharmonic, the Rhode Island Philharmonic, and the Portland Symphony. She has performed with many other ensembles, including the Boston Symphony, the Boston Pops, and the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra. Ms. Phillips may be heard in recordings on the Koch, Pickwick, Titanic, and New Albion labels.
