The Tradition of Chapel Talks at GrotonOur entire community comes together in the Chapel to reflect, as individuals, on topics that often affect us all. At Chapel we ponder larger questions which are often posed by student and faculty and visiting speakers during Chapel Talks. The topics presented are relevant, hard-hitting and provocative. Often, Chapel Talks inspire thoughtful conversation and debate long afterward. Students soon learn that the fundamental questions posed in a spiritual setting are not confined to a chapel, or to courses in biblical studies or ethics, but they are questions meant to be addressed, individually, over the course of an entire lifetime.
