Groton School Annual Fund
Roll Call during RW 04

Dear Members of the Groton Community,

Groton is an extraordinary school, able to offer a rich curriculum and rewarding opportunities in the arts, sports and community service to a relatively small student body of exceptionally able, ambitious and dedicated young people. All of this takes place in first-rate facilities under the guidance of a world-class faculty whose members work closely with the students and teach them to take themselves and their obligations seriously.

Groton is able to offer this expansive program in an intimate, supportive setting in part because of gifts to the Groton School Annual Fund. Each year, generous gifts from alumni, parents, grandparents and other friends help support resources like financial aid, curriculum development, faculty salaries, athletic equipment, and activities in art, music and drama.

I believe that Groton would be a different place today without this generous and consistent support. By giving of their time and resources, the Groton family has allowed the School to remain a special place. Our Annual Fund goal for 2009-2010 is $2,700,000. Please consider joining us and helping us reach this goal by June 30, 2010. Your generosity and commitment are deeply appreciated.

With many thanks,

Tory Smith Walsh '80, P'10,  Trustee and President of the Annual Fund
