SAT and Advanced Placement TestingThe final mean SAT I scores from scores reported to colleges for the Class of 2010 were 686 Critical Reading, 690 Math and 697 Writing.
Advanced Placement Testing Statistics
Over the past five years, Groton students have taken a total of 2,247 College Board Advanced Placement examinations in 26 different subject areas. Our students have scored a 3, 4, or 5 on 1,965 exams (87%), and scores of 4 or 5 on 1,489 exams (65%). In many cases, colleges will extend placement or advanced standing credit for scores of 3, 4, or 5.
